The entire house is free-flowing and open-plan. 24 Cambridge Avenue uses natural materials, like wood and stone in it's interior combined with accessories that match natural elements for a harmonious and tranquil environment.

There are two spacious bedroom suites, both of which are equipped with en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom, Pool suite, has a king size bed, with a walk in dressing room. The en suite bathroom includes a modern bathtub and spacious shower. This room has folding wooden doors that lead onto the pool area.  The second bedroom, Garden suite, is on the other side of the house and comprises a king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. This room has folding wooden doors leading onto the luscious garden.

The house lends itself to a style of entertaining where the host is not separated from the guests. The open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room, make this the ideal house for holding meetings or relaxing with guests.

Our facilities include:

• Under floor heating or fans ensure comfortable temperatures throughout your stay
• Our audiovisual room offers a choice of satellite television or DVD viewing
• Each spacious en suite bedroom is equipped with a television (satellite or DVD viewing) and a telephone
• Music can be played throughout the entire house with speakers in every room
• Emotional and physical safety is ensured by a state of the art security system with 24 hour armed response, a safe deposit box and secure parking
• Our fully equipped kitchen is available to our guests at all times and if required, a personal chef can cater for specific dietary requirements
• Housekeeping will wake you up at your desired time with a cup of coffee/tea and provide you with clean linen and towels
• Our luscious garden is ideal for entertaining businessmen or guests
• A solar heated swimming pool, 12 person dining table (for meals or meetings) and full size snooker table contribute to further relaxation
